The content library organizes and stores the content you create. It works hand in hand with the calendar to build queues of scheduled posts to be shared out on social platforms. To access the content library:

  1. Click the Publisher icon at the top of the menu on the left side of your screen. The Calendar page will open.

2. Then click on the "Content Library" button on the left.

3. Now you are on the content library page. From here, you can see all of your saved content in order from most recently created posts to older ones. Learn more about creating and editing content.

The Content Library has a bunch of useful tools to locate and filter stored content.

You can find them on the right side of the screen:

  • Search. You can type in any word or phrase you want to search for in your library and hit "Enter".

  • Tags. You can filter your content by tags. Click on one or more tags and the library will automatically update to show you only posts with the selected tags. You can find more information about the tags in how to create, edit, and manage tags.

  • Channels. You can filter your content by channels. Click on the ones you are interested in and you will see only content associated with selected channels.

In order to cancel all filters, click on the "Show All Content" button located at the top right corner of the screen.
